Best Forex Brokers in Pakistan 2026
TL;DR: Of the best forex brokers Pakistan 2026 traders can verify, Exness wins for most people — Standard from 0.3 pips, a $10-class start via local payment methods, swap-free available. Best for beginners: XM ($5, strongest education, swap-free on request). Most direct JazzCash/Easypaisa claims: Octa ($25, from 0.6 pips) — but OctaFX was named in the State Bank’s 2022 warning. Lowest raw cost and best for active traders: IC Markets ($200 minimum, raw pricing, no JazzCash route). Cheapest entry: FBS ($5, agent-based JazzCash/Easypaisa reported, Belize entity). No broker here is licensed by the SECP for retail forex in Pakistan.

Verdict first: no broker here is SECP-licensed — and the State Bank has said more than that
Start with the fact most Pakistan broker lists bury: no broker is licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) to offer retail forex or CFD trading. Any site calling a broker here “SECP-regulated” or “SBP-approved” is inventing approval.
The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) goes further. In its advisory of 18 May 2022 (EPD Circular Letter No. 08 of 2022), the SBP said offshore forex, margin and CFD platforms — naming OctaFX and Easy Forex as examples — are regulated by neither the SBP nor the SECP, that buying their products is prohibited for residents, and that remitting foreign exchange to them through any payment channel exposes the sender to proceedings under the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1947 (FERA). Banks were told to stop such payments; we found no source showing the advisory withdrawn. The regulated domestic route is currency futures on the Pakistan Mercantile Exchange (PMEX), through SECP-licensed PMEX brokers — not a MetaTrader CFD account, and not what this page ranks.
Why publish it at all? Because Pakistanis do open offshore accounts, and a trader who goes offshore anyway needs to know which foreign entity holds their money and where the legal risk sits — with them, not the broker. Your only protection is the licence of the company in your client agreement: below, that company is in Seychelles, Belize or the Comoros, never Pakistan, and no Pakistani compensation scheme stands behind it. How we ranked the best forex brokers Pakistan 2026 shortlist
- Entity first. We identified which company a Pakistani client is expected to sign with, from licence pages and country reviews — not the group’s flagship licence. Confirm it in your agreement.
- JazzCash/Easypaisa, graded honestly. No broker here publishes JazzCash or Easypaisa on a global payment page we could check. Where it exists, it appears in the logged-in cashier via local processors or agents, and menus change. Reported means multiple Pakistan-specific sources describe the cashier route — not that we verified it on the broker’s public site. Where we found no Pakistan evidence — IC Markets — we say so. The same grading applies to PKR base accounts, where sources conflict.
- All-in cost, including gold. Spread plus commission, on EUR/USD and XAU/USD — the instrument Pakistani traders trade most. Gold figures are indicative snapshots from third-party measurement.
- Swap-free terms, factually. We describe only what each broker says it does — removes overnight swap, plus any replacement charge we could find. No Sharia certification is claimed.
Two cuts: Tickmill does not serve Pakistan in sources we checked; HFM’s Pakistan JazzCash claim was explicitly “not verified” in the Pakistan source we found.

1. Exness — best overall, with the broadest reported local funding
Pakistan sources — including a Traders Union Pakistan guide updated in December 2025 — describe Easypaisa, JazzCash, local bank transfer, cards and crypto in the Exness cashier, in PKR converted to the account currency, with no Exness deposit fee. Treat that as reported, not publicly verified: global pages list cards, Skrill, Neteller, crypto and bank transfer; wallet names appear only in the logged-in Personal Area. Per-method minimum is around $10 for Standard; Pro, Raw Spread and Zero need around $200. Sources conflict on a PKR base account and we could not confirm one from a primary source — plan on a USD account funded in PKR.
Costs: Standard from 0.3 pips, no commission; Pro from 0.1; Raw Spread from 0.0 plus up to $3.50 per lot per side; Zero at 0.0 on top instruments, variable commission. MT4, MT5, Terminal and app; no cTrader. Swap-free is available on eligible accounts — factually, no swap is charged or paid on eligible instruments, and a fixed administration fee may replace swap on some instruments after several days. Entity: Exness (SC) Ltd, Seychelles FSA licence SD025 — the FCA and CySEC companies do not serve retail clients.
Pros
– Broadest reported Pakistan funding: JazzCash, Easypaisa, local bank, card, crypto
– Standard from 0.3 pips, no commission; Raw from 0.0 + up to $3.50/lot/side
Cons
– Wallet support not verifiable on a public page — cashier-only, and it can change
– True PKR account not confirmed; entity is Seychelles, not FCA/CySEC
Not for you if: you need cTrader, or a funding method you can verify before registering.

2. XM — best for beginners, if you read the payment fine print
XM’s case is education and entry price, not payments certainty. Our how to choose a forex broker hub shows the checks to run first. The offer: $5 minimum on Micro, Standard and Ultra Low, MT4/MT5, and the deepest free education library here. Pricing is spread-only: Ultra Low reported from 0.6–0.8 pips on majors and Standard wider at around 1.6 pips reported. There is no raw ladder to match Exness or IC Markets, so active traders outgrow XM first.
Swap-free is XM’s strongest factual claim: it is available on request, and DailyForex’s XM Islamic review found no extra costs added and no spread widening to replace the swap on eligible instruments. We make no Sharia certification claim.
Payments are where to slow down. DailyForex’s Pakistan page, updated October 2026, says XM advertises JazzCash and Easypaisa for eligible Pakistani traders; other roundups route XM funding through bank transfer and Skrill instead. Grade that as reported and conflicting — register, then check your cashier before assuming the wallet buttons exist. If they do not, load a wallet first: see forex brokers that accept Skrill. Entity: clients in most of Asia, Pakistan included, are expected to contract with XM Global Limited, regulated by the Financial Services Commission of Belize, with no compensation scheme behind it.
Pros
– $5 minimum; best free education here; Urdu support widely reported
– Swap-free on request; no replacement fee or widening found by reviewers
Cons
– JazzCash/Easypaisa evidence conflicts — verify in your cashier
– No PKR account confirmed; expected entity is Belize FSC
Not for you if: mobile-wallet funding is non-negotiable and your cashier does not show it.
3. Octa — the strongest JazzCash story, and the broker the State Bank named
Octa (formerly OctaFX) is included because Pakistan funding guides name it first for JazzCash and Easypaisa. The offer: $25 minimum, MT4, MT5 and OctaTrader, spread-only pricing from 0.6 pips on EUR/USD, no commission, and swap-free/no-swap positioning marketed for Muslim-majority markets — factually, positions are described as carrying no overnight swap; check the contract terms. There is no raw account, so 0.6 pips is the whole story: fine at beginner size, uncompetitive for gold.
On funding, BrokerAnalysis’s Pakistan guide calls Octa the main broker accepting JazzCash, and says it accepts Easypaisa too. That is reported from third-party Pakistan sources, not verified on Octa’s public payment pages. What is verified from primary reporting is the other half: OctaFX was named by name in the SBP’s May 2022 advisory, as an example of an offshore platform whose products residents were told not to buy, with remittances described as a FERA violation. No other broker in our five carries that distinction in the advisory text we read. Entity: clients outside the EU trade with Octa Markets Ltd, authorised by the Mwali International Services Authority (MISA) in the Comoros, licence T2023320 in reviewer licence tables — the lightest framework here, with no compensation scheme.
Pros
– Strongest reported direct JazzCash and Easypaisa claims in Pakistan guides
– Simple pricing: from 0.6 pips, no commission, $25 minimum
Cons
– Named in the SBP’s May 2022 advisory — a legal flag no rival here shares in that text
– Entity is MISA, Comoros — weakest regulator here; no raw account
Not for you if: the SBP naming pauses you — it should at least do that — or you trade gold at any size.
4. IC Markets — lowest raw cost and cheapest verified gold spread, highest friction
IC Markets suits funded, experienced traders who are indifferent to local payment rails. Raw Spread from 0.0 pips plus $3.50 per lot per side on MT4/MT5 ($7 round turn) and $3.00 per side on cTrader. Standard around 0.8 pips, no commission. A swap-free Islamic account type is available — factually, swap is removed on that account type, and DailyForex’s account review notes IC Markets does not replace swaps with other fees except on a small number of assets.
The gold number is why traders tolerate the rest: BrokerChooser, testing with its own money, measured the IC Markets XAU/USD spread at 0.03 against a market average of 0.32 across brokers it covers. Everything else is friction: $200 minimum on every account, no PKR account, no mobile money — Pakistan listings put funding at cards, bank transfer, Skrill, Neteller and PayPal. Pakistani accounts sit with Raw Trading Ltd, the Seychelles entity (FSA licence SD018 in Pakistan availability reviews); ASIC and CySEC cover other clients. Crypto funding is covered in our guide to forex brokers that accept Bitcoin.
Pros
– Raw from 0.0 pips; measured XAU/USD spread of 0.03 — lowest verified gold cost here
– MT4, MT5, cTrader, TradingView; built for EAs and scalping
Cons
– $200 minimum on all accounts; no JazzCash/Easypaisa, no PKR account
– Entity is Seychelles; thin beginner support
Not for you if: you start under $200, fund by mobile wallet, or are learning.

5. FBS — cheapest entry, agent-based wallet funding, clearest licence trade-off
FBS’s own site states the headline terms: minimum deposit from $5, floating spreads from 0.7 pips on EUR/USD, no commission on Standard, MT4, MT5 and the FBS app, and a swap-free option available. Factually: overnight swap is removed when the option is on, and FBS terms summaries note a weekly commission instead of swap on exotic forex pairs in swap-free mode.
The funding mechanism is the part no listicle explains. A detailed Pakistan review describes FBS PKR deposits and withdrawals via local cashier agents: select Easypaisa or JazzCash, the cashier shows a domestic wallet name and number, you transfer PKR and upload the receipt, and an agent manually approves it and converts it to USD, with withdrawals back to the wallet reported at 2–24 hours. That is a manual step, not a direct wallet integration. Entity: international clients register with FBS Markets Inc, regulated by the Financial Services Commission of Belize, with no compensation scheme — a deliberate choice for a small learning balance, never for savings.
Pros
– $5 minimum on FBS’s own figures; from 0.7 pips, no Standard commission
– Easypaisa/JazzCash route reported for Pakistan, via cashier agents
Cons
– Wallet funding is agent-mediated and manual — reported withdrawals of 2–24 hours
– Entity is FSC Belize — no compensation scheme
Not for you if: regulator strength is your first criterion, or you dislike a stranger’s wallet number in your deposit chain.
How a PKR deposit actually works — the walkthrough nobody prints
Forget “deposit via JazzCash, instant.” Here is the chain your rupees travel, and where it breaks:
- Register and verify first. Complete KYC (CNIC/passport and proof of address are usual), then open the cashier. The payment menu is entity-specific.
- Read the entity line first. The agreement names your company — Exness (SC) Ltd, XM Global Limited, FBS Markets Inc. Screenshot it; that name is your recourse.
- Pick a method actually in your cashier. If JazzCash or Easypaisa is listed, note its minimum, maximum and stated time. If it is not listed, it does not exist for you, whatever a review said. Fallbacks: local bank transfer where offered, an e-wallet loaded first, card — Pakistani cards are frequently declined, because the SBP instructed banks to block these payments — or crypto via an exchange.
- Expect conversion, and measure it. Unless your account is genuinely in PKR — unconfirmed for every broker here — rupees become dollars at the processor’s rate, not the interbank rate. Deposit small, divide rupees sent by dollars credited, and note the percentage.
- Approve in the wallet app, keep the receipt. On agent routes (FBS), keep the transaction ID until the balance lands. Never share a wallet PIN or one-time code with an “agent.”
- Withdraw small in week one, by the same route. Withdrawals normally return to the source method up to the deposited amount. Time it — slow withdrawals tell you what no review can.
Gold (XAU/USD): what the pair Pakistan actually trades really costs
Pakistani traders trade gold the way other markets trade EUR/USD, so a list that only prices EUR/USD answers the wrong question. Gold spreads widen around US data and rollover, and only compare fairly once commission is added. The snapshot below uses third-party measurement — a live-measured comparison dated 2 November 2026 and BrokerChooser’s own-money test — as an indicative guide, not a quote.
| Broker / account | Indicative XAU/USD spread | Commission | Approx. all-in cost per 1 lot (100 oz) |
|---|---|---|---|
| IC Markets Raw | $0.03 (BrokerChooser tested snapshot) | $7 round turn (MT4/MT5) | ~$10 |
| Exness Raw Spread | ~$0.08 measured | $7 round turn | ~$15 |
| Exness Zero | ~$0.04 measured | ~$11 round turn in measured comparison | ~$15 |
| Exness Standard | ~$0.24 measured | None | ~$24 |
| XM Ultra Low | ~$0.26 measured | None | ~$26 |
| XM Standard | ~$0.55 measured | None | ~$55 |
| Octa / FBS | No comparable verified typical figure found | None on Standard | Check live — do not trade gold on an unverified spread |
Two lessons survive every snapshot: account type matters more than broker — XM Standard costs roughly five times IC Markets Raw per lot here — and a swap-free badge does not make holding gold free.
How to choose: the Pakistani trader’s checklist
Start with the law, not the logo. No SECP licence exists for this product, the SBP’s 2022 advisory is explicit about remittances under FERA, and PMEX is the regulated domestic alternative. If that perimeter is unacceptable, the answer is PMEX or not trading.
Name your entity, then search it. Find the company in the agreement and search it on its regulator’s register — Seychelles FSA for Exness (SC) and Raw Trading, Belize FSC for XM Global and FBS Markets, MISA for Octa. Cannot find it? Stop.
Verify funding in your own cashier. Every JazzCash/Easypaisa claim here is graded “reported” for a reason. Register, verify, open the deposit page, and believe only what is listed there.
Do the conversion maths once. Rupees out versus dollars in, on a small test deposit. Paid every round trip, a 2–3% conversion toll dwarfs a 0.2-pip spread saving.
Refuse the local scams. Anyone offering to trade your money, guaranteeing returns, or selling “VIP signals” operates outside every framework above — broker impersonation is a pattern the SECP itself warns about. A real broker never asks for your JazzCash PIN.

Frequently asked questions
Is forex trading legal in Pakistan, and who regulates it?
Currency futures on PMEX through an SECP-licensed broker are the regulated domestic route. No broker is licensed by the SECP for retail online forex or CFD trading, and the SBP’s May 2022 advisory states that buying offshore platform products and remitting foreign exchange to them exposes residents to proceedings under FERA 1947, with banks instructed to block such payments. Acceptance by an offshore broker is not Pakistani approval.
Which brokers accept JazzCash and Easypaisa in Pakistan?
Reported in Pakistan-specific sources: Exness (both, via local methods in the cashier), Octa (both, strongest direct claims), FBS (both, via local cashier agents with manual approval) and XM (advertised for eligible Pakistanis in one October 2026 guide, contradicted by other sources listing bank and Skrill only). Not offered on any evidence we found: IC Markets. Verify support in your own logged-in cashier before depositing — it changes, and no claim could be verified on a public payment page.
Can I hold a PKR account, or will my money be converted to USD?
You can fund in PKR at several brokers here, but we could not confirm a true PKR-denominated account for any of them from a primary source — sources conflict even for Exness. Plan on a USD account: rupees convert at the processor’s rate on deposit and back on withdrawal.
How do swap-free (Islamic) accounts differ between these brokers?
Factually: all five offer a way to remove overnight swap — Exness and FBS as a status or option, XM and IC Markets as an account type or on request, Octa as no-swap positioning. What replaces it differs: reviewers found no replacement fee or widening at XM; Exness explainers describe a possible fixed administration fee on some instruments after several days; FBS charges a weekly commission instead of swap on exotic forex. None of that is a Sharia certification.
What happens if my broker fails — will the SECP or SBP compensate me?
No. No Pakistani scheme covers offshore retail forex accounts. Your protections are your entity’s: segregated client funds under its regulator’s rules, any negative balance protection in your agreement, and a complaints route to that offshore regulator. Keep only trading capital with any broker.
Final verdict
For most Pakistanis who have read the legal section and still choose an offshore account in 2026, Exness is the defensible default — broadest reported local funding, a low start, competitive pricing, and a Seychelles entity you can find on a register. XM is the beginner’s pick on education and its clean swap-free record. Octa owns the JazzCash conversation and carries the SBP naming — hold both facts at once. IC Markets is the active trader’s pick, for card and wallet funders who trade gold seriously. FBS is the $5, agent-funded option whose Belize entity and manual payment chain you should choose deliberately or not at all.
Do the three boring things: read the entity name in the agreement, verify the wallet button in your own cashier, and run the small withdrawal test. Treat any “SECP-regulated forex broker” claim as a scam signal.
Risk warning: Forex and CFDs are leveraged products with a high risk of losing money rapidly; a large majority of retail investor accounts lose money trading CFDs, and high leverage — offshore entities here offer leverage far above the 1:30 caps applied in the UK and EU — can wipe out an account on a small market move. No retail forex broker serving Pakistan is licensed by the SECP, the SBP’s May 2022 advisory states that remitting foreign exchange to offshore trading platforms exposes residents to proceedings under the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1947, and no Pakistani compensation scheme covers these accounts. Nothing here is financial or legal advice, and trading profits may be taxable in Pakistan — keep records and seek professional advice.
Affiliate disclosure: ForexCryptoHub may earn a commission when you open an account through links on this page. Commissions do not influence rankings — brokers cannot pay for placement. Minimums, spreads, payment methods, swap-free terms and entity arrangements change; verify them in the broker’s cashier and client agreement, and check the SECP’s investor warnings and the SBP’s advisories, before depositing.
